Description
Tall convex-sided reservoir which curves directly into flat base, short, vertical , solid triangular lug handle w single incised line down front surface.; fairly long, round-ended nozzle. On top broad, flat rim defined by two incised line, which converge toward handle and nozzle, where inner line continues onto surface of nozzle; between incised lines short incised dashes; in concave discus relief cross w relief dot above left arm; two fill holes in upper l and lower r quadrants of cross. Central portion of base defined by incised loop, open at base of handle where incised line placed between ends of loop; within loop incised spreading-barred M. Coated all over w dark paint. Darkened on nozzle.
State of Preservation
Most of top of nozzle missing; sporadic chipping. Painted surface badly worn.
